Anarsia lineatella is a pest that affects stone fruit trees and directly attacks the fruit and causes damage to buds, flowers and shoots.
With the ECONEX ANARSIA LINEATELLA 2 MG 40 DAYS sex pheromone diffuser, the males of the species are attracted. It lasts in the field for 40 days.
This lepidopteran mainly affects Prunus species: almond, peach, nectarine, apricot and plum trees. It can appear, although less frequently, in pear, quince, Malus species (ornamental), apple and Pyrus spp.
TIME OF EMPLOYMENT:
It can have 3 or 4 generations from mid-spring to late summer. For the correct treatment of Anarsia lineatella, monitoring the pest with the use of the ECONEX ANARSIA LINEATELLA 2 MG 40 DAYS pheromone diffuser is recommended to detect in time the moment to start controlling the insect.
APPLICATION:
For detection and monitoring we will use 1 to 3 traps per hectare, placed at the height of the crop. For exhaustive monitoring, the amount of traps per surface area should be increased depending on location and homogeneity of the plots .
DIFFUSER OPERATION:
ECONEX ANARSIA LINEATELLA 2 MG 40 DAYS is a capsule-shaped natural rubber diffuser, individually packaged in an aluminum sachet with specifications label. Once removed from the container, the diffuser does not need any activation operation, just be properly placed in the trap.
STORAGE OF THE DIFFUSERS:
The diffusers should be kept in their original packaging and in a refrigerator at 4°C; or in the freezer at -18 OC, in which case they will remain valid for 2 and 4 years respectively.
