NATIONAL SHIPMENTS

  • The deliveries are carried out by GLS, DHL and DACHSER.
  • Once you have your products in the “shopping basket”, the shipping charges are automatically calculated by choosing your province and postal code.
  • Delivery is free for orders of 600€ or more to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

EUROPEAN SHIPMENTS

  • We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, the Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, San Marino, Sweden. We are working on expanding the scope of our online service.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How returns and refunds work:

  1. If you do not want the product or you do not like it, you must pay the shipping charges.
  2. If the product is defective from the factory or you receive the wrong product, it is at ECONEX's expense.

You can choose one of the following options:

  2. Using the returns form in our Contact section.

You will have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to cancel the contract and receive a refund for the purchased product.

The product must have not been used and be in perfect condition. It must also include all the accessories, documentation and original packaging. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse and after checking it, we will return the payment through the method of payment carried out by the client at the time of the purchase. If the client pays in cash, the payment will always be returned by bank transfer.
